Alicia Marie Phidd, MPS, JD, is the creator of the Walking Bank Theory, a leadership doctrine empowering individuals to monetize their talents and achieve financial independence. She is a nonfiction author, a lecturer in leadership and entrepreneurship, and the host of the "Behind The News: The Briefing" podcast, available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and iHeart Radio. Phidd holds degrees from SUNY at Stony Brook and St. Thomas University College of Law. She is also the author of the Entrepreneurship Business Mastery audio lecture series, available on Barnes & Noble and Apple Books, and the creator of the Briefing Class: Business Mastery Chronicles Substack.
